Copy and Paste function doesn't work (text, adresses)

This idea is a duplicate of idea # 240:
CUT and PASTE
Posted by Sebstr to Mail-Features, 21 Apr 09 at 18:29

There is a problem with the "copy and paste" function. Selecting texts in emails or adresses works fine, but then when I click the right button to acces the menu for copy, paste, etc., nothing happens. So I find it a bit frustrating not being able to use this feature on gmx.com mail. Could you please include this feature?

Thank you very much. Kind regards,

sebstr

Don't know if this is a feature request or a bug report. Either way I agree, it's some times frustrating that a simple feature like copy-paste doesn't always work.

Disabling the right click functionality appears to be by design. I would like to use my usual right click functions to cut, copy and paste.

Already suggested many times and here:

COPY CUT PASTE doesn't work in gmx emails.
I need to copy and paste from one email, into current email.
It is so frustrating.

What I don't understand is that ----
Using mouse right click used to work in the past, but only rarely.
or using Ctrl + key used to work - erractically.

BUT, now this function Copy Cut Paste will not work at all in gmx.
Using Yahoo webmail, and others, works great

And there was I thinking of only using GMX for webmail, but I won't do this until this "bug" has been seen to -

ANY IDEA WHEN OR IF THIS WILL BE ENABLED?

Right clicking doesn't work, but you can use the shortcut which is: Ctrl C to copy, and Ctrl V to paste. This usually works on all programs so if u ever cant find a way to paste try ctrl v and it might work.
