Contacts imporing not working

Contacts importing wizard is not working. i have tried it 4-5 times but it has not shown the contacts in my contacts list. it had shown the all imported contacts as blank. so please improve it.

finally I made a Thunderbird file format, and it worked for me. first I tried "other" but csv or vcf file format did not work. csv imported the contacts blank, vcf did not work at all
