Select/deselect all emails by header checkbox

Each email has a checkbox. Would be simple and easy to implement a checkbox in the header row that allows fast selection/deselection of all emails in that folder.

Could use ctrl + a, but this requires more experience from the user and doesn't allow deselection of all emails either.
