I would like to see tighter integration of the mail and calendar functions of the gmx service. Some initial ideas are;

Make the calender system intigrated with mail. For example I would like to see that when a date is found within a message, than right clicking on the date gives the option for 'add this date to calendar'. At which point a box opens allowing you to add the date to the calendar with information such as location, description etc.

A second idea is to create a todo system. Whilst the calendar is great, it lacks a system for creating to [....]

An unmissable feature is a function to synchronise the calendar and addressbook with outlook. It would make a great addition. [....]

An automated function to synchronize GMX Organizer with Google Calendar. GMX Settings would allow you to store your Google Calendar details with the option to sync with specified calendars (using an import wizard). Sync options could include: -

1) Sync when opening and/or closing the GMX Organizer.

2) Manual sync button on the main Organizer page to have complete control over when items are synced.

3) An alert option that warns if you wish to sync before closing the GMX Organizer (when changes have been made)

It's nice that you can change the colour of all of you events, but it would be nice if you could have on colour catatgory for work, personal, etc. So when you make a new event you select date, time as normal, but you select a pre-made catagory that has a colour. So when your finished you willi have all of your events, but it won't be a big pile of events it would have different colours representing personal, work, etc.... Well, At least you get the idea i'm catching at!!! :D [....]

I find GMX a good email and calendar, and have can access my emails on my HTC Touch HD.

Would it be possible to be able to synchronise your contacts and calendar with your mobile contacts and calendar, similarly to zyb.com? it would mean that GMX is your one stop shop to work with your mobile. [....]

It would be nice to have a sever address thing that syncronizes with microsoft outlook calender. or something like that. [....]

I was just wondering why you can't repeat an item every second week, yahoo lets me making it easier to use their calendar. I don't know about you but I like to know when pay day is and its every 2 weeks on the same day. Would like and easier way to set them up. [....]

GMX needs to implement a function to import birthdays from the addressbook into the calendar. Furthermore, a birthday reminder would in turn be helpful. [....]

Please consider an option to import National/Public Holidays into the Organizer. Perhaps more than 1 country as many of us work or travel between countries nowadays. (e.g. I like to know the National/Public holidays in USA, Denmark and China for 2009 and 2010).
